What We Need From You!
We want to ensure you get the best possible service from us you can.
As a Seller, we require
- If available, a copy of your property survey certificate, any floor plans or important documentation on your
property. ie septic plans & service information, well plans & water quality tests/gpm info, and any other certifications.
- Tax & utility information. ie local tax documents, hydro costs, fortis costs, propane costs, septic costs, etc.
- special features of the property, upgrades, sound systems, security, 14 ft ceilings, radiant heat, new roof, etc.
- if this is a strata property, any strata information such as bylaws, up coming levies, or important facts.
As a Buyer; we require
Honesty, a two way street. If you are or have been working with another realtor; local or otherwise, we need to know.
This is our business, our livelihood.
If you are working with someone else, NO problem but you should either be committed
to that realtor or have already told them you are moving on.
We want to help you find the perfect property or sell your current home, and will take the time to do so.
We pride ourselves in what we do, and work hard for each client we take on.
