Commision when Selling

It is important to offer a competitive commission to Buyer’s Agents in Kamloops. We want to ensure that Buyer’s
Agents work hard and are keen to sell your property as well!

As your selling Agent, we offer optimal service from the professional photography of your home, preparation of your
home with home staging ideas and assistance prior to listing, advertising with signage, brochures, internet, open
houses, realtor tours, and most of all prompt service, and clear communications with you regarding your property
with an honest straight forward dialogue. Selling your home for the most money the market will take is our objective
and we will work with you to try and achieve that.

Commission when Buying

It is important to understand that as a Buyer, you are not paying any additional costs in commision to your agent.
These commissions are typically paid through the selling brokers office and the seller.

As your buying Agent, we will assist you with a private client search set up so you can see all the properties that fit your

wish list. We will work with you to take the guess work out of buying, providing you the tools you will need to make an
informed buying decision. Our honest straight forward approach takes off the stress and allows you to focus on this
incremental purchase.
