MLS Tour
Your property will be featured on the MLS Realtor Tour (if you desire) which occurs every
Tuesday (rotating between the North and South Shore) from 9 -2pm. This gives Realtors an
opportunity to preview all the features of your home without their clients in tow.
Info for ANYONE Who Visits Your Property.
We will provide detailed information for buyers and agents to take with them. This
information will include:
- MLS sheet
- Color brochure
- Any additional property information that is relevant such as improvements,
features, zoning, rural info for septic, well etc if available.
